Hello there!
How nice that you are interested in what I do so let me introduce myself.
My name is Barbara, and I am passionate about health and learning. I have completed my Dietetics and Nutritional Science degree at Semmelweis University and continued my Master education in food business. After dozens of certifications, studies and sport competitions I have ended up in the corporate world where I spent over 9 years, but faith and my heart brought me back to what I love the most: helping others to become their best self.
Since becoming a mother, I have developed a deep interest and passion for pre and postnatal movements starting from breath work and pelvic floor exercises because for a strong body we need to do the groundwork, everyday.
My mission is helping women, mothers to be, and postpartum individuals regain strength, mobility, and confidence through pilates and functional strength training while also providing tailored nutritional guidance to support recovery and overall well-being. My method is focusing on effective & efficient exercises, and balanced nutrition to promote healing, increase energy, and improve the quality of your well-being.
