About Me

Hello there!

How nice that you are interested in what I do so let me introduce .
My name is Barbara, and I am passionate about health and learning. I have completed my Dietetics and Nutritional Science degree at Semmelweis University and continued my Master education in food business. After dozens of courses, certifications and years of teaching fitness and pilates, I have ended up in the corporate world where I spent over 9 years, but faith and my heart brought me back to what I love the most: helping others to become their best self.

Becoming a mother made me study further to alleviate my chronic UTI, backpain and endometriosis symptoms. Today I can happily say that i am complaint free but it took time, patience and consistency. In fact, continuous practice of the new routines I have implemented. This personal experience brought me to develop a passion for pre and postnatal physical care.

As women we know so little about our body and it is not our fault. I would definitely redefine school education with women health specific classes because we can prevent soooo much pain and discomfort by knowing those simple routines to implement in our daily life.

Going through my personal health-improvement helped me to develop my unique method where I blend breath work, pelvic floor awareness and engagement, myofascial release and STOTT pilates method.

My mission is helping women, mothers to be, and postpartum individuals regain strength, mobility, and confidence through pilates and functional strength training while also providing tailored nutritional guidance to support recovery and overall well-being.
