About Me

Hello there!

I'm so glad you're here. Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about my story.

My name is Barbara, and I am passionate about health, movement, and lifelong learning. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Dietetics and Nutritional Science from Semmelweis University, including over 450 hours and 15 ECTS credits in anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology. I later continued my education with a Master's degree in Organic Food Business.

Over the years, I completed numerous courses and certifications while teaching Pilates and fitness. I then spent more than nine years in the corporate world, working on climate change initiatives. Although I found my work meaningful, the chronic pain and discomfort I experienced eventually led me back to what I truly love: helping others feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their own bodies.

Becoming a mother inspired me to deepen my knowledge even further. I wanted to better understand and manage my chronic urinary tract infections (UTIs), back pain, and endometriosis symptoms. Isn't it fascinating that so many of us only begin to take our own health seriously when we're growing another human being?

Today, I am happy to say that I am symptom-free. It didn't happen overnight—it took patience, consistency, and a commitment to building sustainable daily habits. That personal journey sparked a deep passion for supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond.

One thing I've learned is that, as women, we're rarely taught how our bodies truly work. Imagine how much pain, discomfort, and frustration could be prevented if every woman learned these simple, evidence-based practices from an early age. Women's health deserves a much bigger place in education.

My own healing journey inspired me to develop a unique approach that combines breathwork, pelvic floor awareness and training, myofascial release, the STOTT Pilates® method, and functional strength training. Together with personalised nutritional guidance, this holistic approach helps women move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with their bodies.

My mission is to empower women—from pregnancy through postpartum and every stage beyond—to build strength, improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain confidence through intelligent movement and nutrition. I believe every woman deserves to feel supported, informed, and capable in her own body.
