1:1 elevate PT - Prenatal
Congratulations!
You are becoming a mom! Maintaining your
fitness and health is something that helped my recovery tremendously after giving birth to my daughter. Not to mention the example you will show to your kids as they are growing up.
After an initial intake you receive a tailored program designed to help you as a mom-to-be during your pregnancy. We can start
as early as first trimester. The first weeks we focus on connecting with your pelvic floor and deep core muscles through different breathing techniques and gentle movements because
the first trimester can be the toughest.
I will help you to improve strength, posture, flexibility, and endurance while reducing pregnancy-related discomforts. The goal is to prepare the body for labour, promote a healthy pregnancy, and support overall well-being.

1:1 elevate PT - Postpartum
After an initial intake you receive a tailored program designed to help You as a new mom to recover and rebuild strength after
childbirth. We can start as early as the first week after childbirth.
The first weeks we focus on reconnecting with your pelvic floor and deep core muscles through different breathing techniques
and gentle movements. I will help you in improving posture, increasing energy, and gradually regaining overall fitness.
The program is adapted to each woman’s recovery stage and unique needs, providing safe, supportive guidance to enhance physical
and mental well-being during the postnatal period. The first few sessions are done via online meeting.
